A return of the ordered commodity is possible, if the purchase is maximally 30 days past and the article is in unopened and undamaged original packaging. The detailed return conditions can be found in our general terms and conditions .

Return procedure

  1. A return note is enclosed with the package. Enter the quantity returned and the reason for the return on this return slip.
  2. Place the return note in the parcel, pack the goods well and cushion them, stick the return label on the bottom right of the parcel and bring it to the post office (subject to a fee). Ideally, you should use the packaging material in which you received the items.
  3. As soon as we have received the return, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
  4. If you have paid by e-payment (credit card, PostFinance, Klarna SOFORT, TWINT, PayPal), we will transfer the credit note back to the appropriate payment medium. In the case of a partial return and payment on account, you use the payment information according to the payment slip on the delivery document and reduce the amount by the returned products.

 

Procedure for an exchange

If you wish to exchange products, return the items you wish to exchange according to the return instructions above. Then order the replacement product again directly via the online shop.
